Refund Policy

At Raz Disposable Vape, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, our refund policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Standard Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

2. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, contact us immediately at support@razdisposablevape.org

  • If the order has not been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations & Returns

  • If your order has already been shipped, you may return the unopened product for a refund.

  • The refund will exclude shipping costs, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable).

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at  support@razdisposablevape.org with your order details.

  • We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is for a defective/damaged product.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, first check with your bank/payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance.
